SunsetView Beach Resort offers guests with spacious accommodations that come in Six (6) various room types, i.e Standard Room-A, Standard Room-B, Deluxe Room, Family Room, and Corporate Room, plus fully furnished Family Villa.
Our hotel rooms are tastefully decorated and feature individually controlled air conditioning, cable television, and private toilet. The 2-Storey Villas are ideally designed for family travelers and company outing which feature fully furnished 3 bedrooms with private toilets, living room, kitchen and dining areas (indoor & outdoor), and private sea view terrace.
The rooms are on the ground and second level of the hotel building. Each of the rooms offers a blend of comfort and quiet ambience.
Take in the panoramic views of the mountains and forest from the sunrise part of the resort and the beachfront and poolside from the sunset part.
The rooms are on the second level of the hotel with sliding glass doors through the balcony overlooking the swimming pool, the beachfront and the
panoramic view of China Sea, the Subic Area and the scenic mountains of Zambales.
Thenrooms are located on the 2nd & 3rd Floor of the HotelBuilding in which most of them are facing the beachfront and overlooking the swimming pool, and the panoramic view of China Sea through the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors adjacent to the balcony.
The Room is located at the 2nd Floor with the full view of the eye-catching scenes of mountains and forest through the the wide radial window.

family or even in large group, the Room would be perfect as it is accessible to hotel corridor and balcony.
The 2-Storey Villas are ideally designed for family travelers and company outing which feature fully furnished 3 bedrooms with private toilets, living room, kitchen and dining areas (indoor & outdoor), and private sea view terrace.
*Clarification: The Villas, which are located in the adjacent premises, are owned and managed by different private individuals wherein 2 Units are owned by Sunsetview Beach Resort.

Check-In Time - 2:00 PM
Check-Out Time - 12:00 NN
Check-in time for overnight stay is 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 noon the following day. There will be no adjustment in check out time if the
guest checks in later than 2 p.m. There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day. Late check-out will be
charged accordingly with extra charge. Guests who come in earlier than the designated check in time may stay at the hotel waiting area or at the restaurant area at no
additional cost.

Fifty Percent (50%) down payment is required to confirm reservation. Balance amount must be paid on or before Check-in. Any incidental charges will be paid separately prior to Check-out. RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
SBR has the right to cancel confirmed booking if the required payment is not met on
the due date. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE CANCELLED BOOKING. However, a re-scheduling or rebooking may, at the sole discretion of the Resort shall be considered.
Customers will also be liable for any costs incurred by the cancellation.
Early Checkouts/Shortened Stays & No-Shows for confirmed bookings will not be refunded.
SBR shall not be held liable for cancellation of bookings and shortened stays because of Force Majeure/Acts of God or conditions beyond the SBR’s control...

GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO BRING & COOK FOOD
Our Guests are allowed to bring food and drinks without corkage fee. Cooking and grilling is allowed in our common beachfront Cooking Facility, free of use for all resort's Hotel guests. The Facility is equipped with Stove and LPG and Barbeque Grills. Guests must bring their own cookware and kitchen utensils (except for Villa's guests). Please take note that there is corkage fee for high wattage electrical appliances for cooking or heating, such as rice cooker, electric stove, food warmer, water dispenser, etc.
